About a hundred Gardai just had a thorough root round the peace camp and in the process uncovered a nest of vipers in the form of a tent full of helium filled black baloons. Some were destroyed and many more liberated into the skies above clare. No arrests and they've gone now. Chanting protesters accompanied them with the refrain 'search the planes in shannon' and a wag was heard on the megaphone as they were departing reminding them -'When you come back bring 2 pints of milk and twenty major'.

what you're looking for lads, is a small lump of metal, it's dark in appearance, and very heavy. It will be shaped like a small melon or grapefruit but weigh "too much". It will also be slightly warm to touch. don't touch it.
Somewhere nearby you'll find another piece of the same metal, you will observe that both pieces will be desinged to come together.
!Don't let them come together!
If you're carrying a geiger counter, it ought be pretty easy to find either bits of "heavy metal" any background radiation over 900mlsverts will be a sure indication you've got it.
When you find it, don't go blaming anyone.
Best just to leave it where you find it, don't pick it up and give it a shake.
Call the Naval Attaché at the US embassy in Dublin, Superintendent Jennings will give you the number.
