Treasury Holdings waste engagement goes to court

The insolvency of the German maker of mechanical biolocical waste treatment (MBT) goes to court in Dublin. The former Herhof owner Treasury Holdings may have to pay more than 10 million Euro to a German community.

Dublin based private equity company Treasury Holdings once owned the German waste technology specialist Herhof-Umwelttechnik. In early 2005 Treasury Holdings didn´want to put more money into it. Herhof went under administration. A small community from Eeastern Germany now claims to have lost a lot of money because Herhof was unable to build the MBT plant ordered.
