Lisbon Lies and bogus treaties

The lies are there in their own literature promoting a yes vote.

Frank Clarke, chairman of the Referendum Comission authored this pamphlet on behalf of the Government (Fianna Fail, the Greens and the only PD). The pamphlet is in direct conflict with the lies being trotted out by the parties

Lisbon must be defeated by hook or by crook.
The 'information' leaflet in my door last week stated that ...

'The European Council On Declaration on Workers Rights isa political statement. It is not legally binding.

This means that everything they say about assurances is rubbish,,,,,, NOT LEGALLY BINDING.......

Also....regarding these so called 'Assurances'....

'The European Council (Heads Of Governments) 'adopted a decision' on a number of issues which had concerned 'some'
of the Irish electorate........ The European Council has also agreed that this decision ...'WILL BE ADDED TO A FUTURE EU
TREATY as a protocol.

There is nothing in this treaty different to the last one...not even in their so called 'guarantees and assurances'.

This is in their own literature they admit this stuff. Its there for all to read. The assurances are a fraud. The referendum is a fraud.
