Living in an area that didnt really last very long during the whole dont buy a Bin Tag thing a few years back. i see this as an oppourtunity to get people once again to refuse to buy Bin Tag's just like the people in Ballyfermot are doing. whats the best way to go about this and are you allowed to throw your own rubbish into bin lorries still? Doing away with the need to buy a Tag.<br />
