The following poem appeared like a light of hope and reality in last Thursday’s Anglo Celt, a conservative Cavan based newspaper. The author, ‘Rhymin’ Simon’ provides a weekly platter of poetry and medicine to those of us who just don’t identify with the usual Fianna Fail shite that local Ireland is forced to digest.
