A Chara US envoy to the North Mitchel Reiss will be giving a lecture in Magee campus Derry on the 21st May at 7.30. Magee Ógra Shinn Fein will be holding a protest outside block MD before his arrival. Assemble at Magee Bottom Carpark 7pm. YOU ARE NOW ENTERING FREE……………….? Guildhall Press, the Museum of Free Derry (a Bloody Sunday Trust project) and the Bluebell Arts Project are currently working on a book on the subject of Free Derry Corner. As part of a very ambitious project, the book will contain a comprehensive history of the monument, an extensive collection of photographs and a wide range of diverse local, national and international opinion on the wall. Free State Minister Brian Cowen faced an angry reception in Derry from a crowd of around 50 supporters of republican prisoners currently being held in the high security Portlaoise jail .
