<P>A new environmental group is forming the Dublin city area.<br />

The network will work to represent environmental views at local authority level.<br />
<br />
They are currently inviting interested people to attend their first meeting which will take place in Trinity College on the 24th of January.<br />
<br />
The group is being put together by a number of environmentalists who want to bring people together around the common cause of promoting sustainable development in the city.</P><P>The group explain in their invitation:<br />

“Invitation: Dublin Community Environmental Network<br />
<br />
We are developing a network of people wishing to take positive environmental action in Dublin City. Those interested to help develop this network are invited a meeting on the evening of the 24th January 2017 in Dublin City Centre. In the meeting we hope to collate actions and issues that members wish to address through the network, to establish a participative structure to operate the network; and to develop some sort of action plan to proceed with. If you wish to come, please bring the following things with you: ideas, enthusiasm and a positive attitude! <br />
