Day of Solidarity in Erris, Co. Mayo

category mayo | environment | event notice author Sunday November 27, 2011 15:41author by Get the Shell outta Mayo Report this post to the editors

There will be a day of Solidarity on Saturday 10th of December 2011, when people are asked to come to Mayo to show their solidarity with the community opposing the Corrib Gas Project.

Come meet with local residents of Erris and supporters who are opposed to the Corrib Gas project. Find out more about the campaign and see this beautiful area. Tea, scones, chit-chat, and possibly some truck blocking. All are welcome, come show your solidarity.
