Thursday 7 July Photographer Rik Walton, a passenger on the Irish ship to Gaza, the MV Saiorse, has just returned from Turkey and will be able to give a first hand account of Israeli sabotage of the Irish ship, and the aims of the Freedom Flotilla which has been attempting to end the Israeli blockade and bring humanitarian aid to the people of Palestine. Rik will show photographs and answer questions. The meeting will be informal, an opportunity for a drink and a chat and a discussion of the issues. |
