President Biden solemnly announced the withdrawal of regular US troops from Afghanistan. Yet Generals Kenneth McKenzie, Commander of US Forces in the Middle East (CentCom), Mark Milley, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, and Austin Miller, who heads NATO forces in Afghanistan, had all pleaded for them to be kept. The US Army has a monopoly on the trafficking of Afghan drugs. It appears that before pulling out, the GI's are enlarging two US military bases, which will be occupied by US (...)

According to The Times, Boris Johnson's government is crafting a legislative framework to monitor the actions of foreign states against the Crown . This would mean forcing anyone working in the UK for another state to report to the authorities or face serious prosecution. Likewise, the law would make it possible to prosecute anyone based abroad who is engaged in illegal computer activity in the UK. The Official Secrets Act of 1911 does not apply to foreigners. Former MI5 Director (2013-20) (...)

The Ukrainian population is divided between a part of European culture and another of Russian culture. This singularity offers Washington a playground against Moscow. For several weeks now, the drums have been beating, sounding war. But none of the allies want to die for Kiev or sacrifice themselves to Russia.

The government of the Russian Federation authorized the arrest of a Ukrainian diplomat, carried out on 17 April 2021. The Russian police announced that the Ukrainian diplomat was arrested while in possession of Russian documents classified as military secret. Under the Vienna Accords, he enjoys diplomatic immunity and, even though he was caught red handed in the act of espionage, he must be (...)

Strikes against Israeli Mossad offices, a US military base and another Turkish military base were reported on 13, 14 and 15 April 2021 in the city of Erbil, the capital of Iraqi Kurdistan. For the first time, they were not executed with rockets, but with drones. The local press links the first attack to the confrontation between Israel and Iran and attributes the other two to a hitherto unknown group, identified as Awliyaa al-Dam (The Guardians of the Blood). For its part, the Iranian (...)

On 10 April 2021, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an hosted his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky at the Huber Villa in Istanbul. The Turkish secret service immediately began to recruit international jihadists, from the area they occupy in northwestern Syria, to transfer them to Ukraine. This is not the first time that Turkey has resorted to international jihadists; it recruited them in a similar way to be used in Libya and Azerbaijan. 150 soldiers of the Turkish regular army (...)

On 14 April 2021, President Biden announced the pullout of US troops from Afghanistan [1]. However, this is not the implementation of the plan promoted by his predecessor (withdrawing troops and stopping the ?endless war?). Moreover, Joe Biden never even mentioned abandoning the Rumsfeld / Cebrowski strategy. Defense Secretary Gen. Lloyd Austin said that the U.S. will continue to pay Afghan army and police salaries and is expected to be in charge of Air Force and Special Forces equipment. (...)

Cuba, a country with a very high level in the field of medical research, is developing five different anti-Covid vaccines. Several have already entered phase 3 of the clinical trial. For one of them, Abdala, the trial involved 48,000 volunteers. In the case of Soberana 02, the second dose of the vaccine was received by 42,000 volunteers. Each of these vaccines consists of three separate doses. The trials comprise placebo groups numerically equivalent to those actually being vaccinated. (...)

For a over a week, the United States and Russia have been moving military forces to Ukraine and the Black Sea, while simultaneously launching large military maneuvres in Greece [1]. The Pentagon announced that two of its destroyers, the USS Roosevelt and the USS Donald Cook, were dispatched to the Black Sea as part of the Defender-Europe 21 exercises. Meanwhile five C-130J Hercules transport planes were announced to have arrived in Kiev from Stuttgart. For its part, Moscow also denounced (...)

A sting operation was mounted against the Working Group on Syria, Propaganda, and Media of Professor Tim Hayward (director of the Just World Institute at the University of Edinburgh). It was spearheaded by the Commission for International Justice and Accountability - CIJA; an association expressly created to establish the responsibility of the Syrian Arab Republic and its leaders for crimes against humanity. This association was funded to the tune of $ 50 million by Germany, Canada, (...)
