category antrim | anti-war / imperialism | event notice author Saturday October 22, 2011 07:01author by Billy Bragg - Republican Congress Report this post to the editors

Protest Against British Army in QUB!

Assemble in front of QUB Students Union Wednesday 26th October 7pm

A protest against the British Army presence in QUB has been organised by the Republican Congress Student Society. Hvaving already held a public meeting regarding the murderous reality of Imperialism throughout the world the Republican Congress has now decided to take to the streets to protest against the Imperialists active on our camus. The prtotest will assemble in front of QUB Students Union and then proceed to confront the Imperialists.
The fact that the RIR is regularly allowed recruiting stalls on campus and that the British Army's Officer Training Corps is allowed society status in the college demands action. Murdered Irish, Afghan and Iraqi people demand that socilaists, radicals and republicans help build a campaign to have these murderers kicked off campus.

Join the Protest against Imperialists!
British RIR out of QUB!
British OTC out of QUB!
Bristish Murderers out of QUB!

Assemble in front of QUB Students Union
Wednesday 26th October
7pm

this is the sort of vile, cheap and nasty crowd of hangers on that try to infiltrate the current mind set of positive change to promote their outdated and questionable ideals.

Fair play to them I say, end the Imperialist war machine. If they were coming for your oil it would be a different matter.

They don't need an army to get our oil and gas

Just a few brown envelopes.

And thanks to Rabbitte they have thirteen more licences to do so with some of the worst exploration terms in the world. Worse than Nigeria.

At least Libyans put up a good fight.. Our fat corrupt politicians just stuck out their trotters, stuck their head in he trough, then rolled right over and sold us all out
