I note that Professor Regan, like all our British-based so-called historians sees fit to describe the IRA as 'terrorists' and lavish prise on FSL Lyons, a Unionist apologist. Typical.

Where did Regan do that? What unionism was Lyons an apologist for?

author by Captain Kellypublication date Fri Jan 13, 2012 22:15author address author phone Report this post to the editors

Regan used the term 'terrorists' to describe the IRA in History Ireland. FSL Lyons was provost of Trinity College Dublin. He is regarded as the founder of revisionism in the history profession. Unionists dominated Trinity politics in his era and he was one.
