Coming from Donegal, I think this is a great idea. We in the North West have the resources, wind wave and tide to lead the country in alternative energy sources and yet all we see in this area is Shell, Statoil and the usual suspects lining up to grab our offshore oil for a pittance.
Nice to see that someone gives a toss, though.
