The Grass Roots Gathering is all set to be an inspiring event. We have put a lot of thought into providing programs for children and teenagers in particular so please let young friends and parents know this if you think they may not have heard. We have also changed the format a good bit no lengthy plenary sessions on the sunday ! in fact not too much formality on the sunday at all, lots of time to meet people, listen and share ideas, though. The saturday is fairly intense because we felt people would have better attention before the party / cabaret on the saturday night. So a longish discussion on the present 'state of the nation' will take place at the end of the day. Sunday will also be more open with people dropping in and out as the venue is very central and has big open doors.

We will be asking people to share in playing, welcoming, facilitating, note taking, documenting and performing ( especially at the cabaret ) so come prepared !
Come and enjoy.
