Shell's pipeline application-deadline for objections 9th March

Check out Shell's application under Section 40 of the Gas Act and write to Eamon Ryan before the 9th March.

Section 40 Application & Environmental Impact Statement

There are four applications in process at the moment:

* The Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources –Section 40 Application - Begins February 10th 2009 and ends March 9th 2009.
Write to Minister with objections.

* An Bord Pleanála – SIA Planning Application - Consultation period of 7 weeks – Begins February 17th 2009 and ends April 7th 2009 at 5.30pm.

* An Bord Pleanála – CAO Application - Consultation period of 7 weeks - Begins February 17th 2009 and ends April 7th 2009 at 5.30pm.
For the above, you have to pay 50 euros unless you are a prescribed group

* The Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food – consultation period, if any, to be announced by the Department.
