Watch a Government Minister admit to Dan Hannan that the Covid vaccines did not prevent transmission, prompting Hannan to ask: "So why the hell did we force them on to young people? Why did we insist on vaccine passports?"

All around the world airports are being built and enlarged in countries which appear to realise the 'climate crisis' is just a load of nonsense. But not in poor, gullible Britain.

The local election results are as terrible for the Conservatives as feared and thanks to Reform they would have been lucky to have had only a 1997-style wipeout, says veteran pollster John Curtice.

IRMS Identity Badges at Glengad

category mayo | crime and justice | news report author Wednesday July 22, 2009 19:20author by Cathar Report this post to the editors

IRMS are still failing to wear identity badges. Part conyents of letter from local Resident to PSA.

To: MMDonovan@psa.gov.ie

The Private Security Authority is not entitled to bring requirements of the
Act into force; it is a ministerial function.

3 Statutory Instruments signed by Minster of Justice brought the provisions
of the Private Security Act 2004 into operation, please find attached,
again.

Any subsequent Regulations cannot overrule, diminish, amend or delete
requirements of the Act itself. The PSA are not lawmakers and cannot
overrule and ignore legislation passed by the DAIL and brought into
operation by ministerial order.

The requirements in the Act are clear; ID has to be displayed.

I did highlight for you the danger of para military activitiesin Ireland which have turned out to be not without foundation as recentevents in Bolivia established a link between neo-fascist para militia and an involvement into apparent assassination attempt of the Bolivian President by
Irish licensed security guards who the PSA allowed to operate on a
construction site in my neighbourhood.

The PSA is not the legislation maker, you are not members of the DAIL or
indeed Senate, your responsibility is the implementation of legislation
passed and brought into operation by the Dail and ministerial order.

You have not only neglected your duty but you still insist in misleading me
and thereby putting my life in danger. As a matter of fact, my neighbour has
been attacked and beaten by masked unidentifiable men of the construction
site whose security you defend, my neighbour can not take civil action as he
has no way of identifying the men, and at best eliminate those staff members
of the security force.

And finally, the Grdai havr no way of being able to identify any
culprit either, as the private security force relies on your defence.

I request you to reply to me.

Yours sincerely,

Very good letter Cathar.

A copy sent by registered post cements it into the record and they cannot state that they did not get it, in addition it constitutes solid evidence.

I have had some shyster lawyers tell me they never got very awkward (for them) emails, their 'computer went down' just when i sent emails etc.

You may have already sent it via registered post.

Another line of attack if you are in the form, might be to send copies of your letters to the Standards in Public Office Commission along with a formal letter of complaint to the same body. Apparently they cannot take any action unless they have name(s) of relevant officials and I see you have at least one name.

I dont have their number but it might be no harm to bring them in to the frame, they could or perhaps would be culpable if they fail to act on transgressions by ommissions by other civil servants, who are legally charged to implement the relevant legislation in their specific area.

This letter was given to me as the most recent in a corespondence going back over a year. All of which are being evasively answered.
I posted it in the hope that others will make similar complaints. I have left the name of the letter writer off it as it a well known and respected Rossport Resident.
