The council started non-collection on some of the routes on the fringes of Cabra last week. A meeting called at short notice for St Finbarrs GAA club by the Cabra / Dunard / Navan rd campaign was attended by over 170 people last night. It is expected in the next couple of weeks that the council will attempt to extend non-collection to the more central areas of Cabra so much of the discussion centred around how to respond to this.
