in Loughboy Area Resource Center CDP

@Bishop Birch Learning Institute, Nuncio Road, Kilkenny city.

Everyone who agrees with peace and non-violence is welcome!
Workshop is free of charge to all!

The 1st INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP
on Saturday the 28th November 10.30 am -16pm
Also part of the 16days action opposing violence against women.

During the course we’ll explore our personal experience of violence
and discrimination. We will also study the different forms of violence, not only physical,
but also psychological, racial, sexual, religious and economical
violence in connection to violence in society.

We will learn practical tools to achieve non-violence in our lives through:
- Exchange and learn from each other
- Practising internal, external and mental relaxation,
-Complete breathing and guided mediation.

THE NON-VIOLENCE COURSE IS FREE OF CHARGE!

It is organized by the World March for Peace and Nonviolence Ireland
an initiative of the World without Wars and without Violence volunteer
